About Health N Fitness

Health is a state of wellbeing of an individual.  Health can be explained in a form of ones physical, metal or psychological well being.  Health can also be used as a term for healthy eating such as vegtables, fruits, grains and proteins.
Fitness is ones good physical condition.  Ones good physical condition can be maintained through constant physical exercise at least 3 times a week, approimately 30 min each day, along with healthy eating.
